Phoebe Kenney

Phoebe Kenney has over 13 years of experience in Supply Chain Management providing technical expertise in public health supply chain, managing decentralized procurement and administering capacity development/training. She is a Supply Chain subject matter expert who is well-versed in end-to-end supply chain management, strategy and operations. In roles managing various procurement models, as well as with USAID (USAID/Zambia), Phoebe has acquired valuable working experience with host governments, implementing partners, donors as well as local and international suppliers, manufacturers and wholesalers. Throughout her career, Phoebe has worked in 16 countries supporting public health supply chain efforts across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. Phoebe has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from Clark Atlanta University and Master of Arts in Spanish from George Mason University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
